It is not a 24 hour location, the receptionist had to be woken up and was absolutely awful and rude to my wife and I. She gave me a truck that had a dirty floor and didn't have working AC during the entire 21 hour trip. I wouldn't recommend going to this location for a pickup especially if someone is going to have an attitude for doing their job.

Kayci LI had trouble putting gas in and it kept clicking that it was full but wouldn't even let me put in gas to the half tank. So I ended up paying $14.95 charge for the $5 of gas it wouldn't let me put in.

JENNIFER WA training on customer service would be helpful. The person in the office was argumentative. I think there was a problem with my bill. It didn’t need to escalate to dialog back and forth and raised voices. It wasn’t handled well and I’d never return to this location.
