I had trouble putting gas in and it kept clicking that it was full but wouldn't even let me put in gas to the half tank. So I ended up paying $14.95 charge for the $5 of gas it wouldn't let me put in.

They charged me the full estimated mileage!!! I have the photo of the mileage at the return. DON'T EVER GO THERE!!!

A training on customer service would be helpful. The person in the office was argumentative. I think there was a problem with my bill. It didn’t need to escalate to dialog back and forth and raised voices. It wasn’t handled well and I’d never return to this location.
