I have never been to a UHAUL location that was better than this one. The lady that helped me was super, she was friendly, patient and kind. I will drive back to this location the next time I use UHAUL. I cannot express the total satisfaction I experience with this rental. UHAUL needs an "AMASIA" in every location. First time meeting AMASIA, but I will never forget her. Truely a memorable experience, for excellent customer service.

Mark PI would have given this site 5 stars except they had 2 trucks on the lot but neither had keys. Had to wait for someone to bring them in. I also had to drive to the next town to get the truck as no location in my town had what I had ordered. I had planned to start packing the truck at 6::00 am but did not get started until 11:00 am.. However the young lady that helped me was great, giving me all her attention till she solved the problem. She was a 5 star. Very helpful and did not give up,

Elsie SThe phone numbers do not work—they are vacant numbers. We’ve tried contacting them several times at the numbers on Uhaul and the numbers on their website. We rented the $29.95 moving truck for 2 days. We called Uhaul to request an extra day which brought our total to $90.85. For the mileage, we drove approximately 260 miles. As of today, we’ve been charged $469 for this. The gas was put in at Speedway in Wallace to almost 1/2 tank. Now we’ve been told that the gas was not correct. It was not a good experience and has wound up costing us a lot more than it ever should.

Cory BI UNDERSTAND THAT THE PERSON WHO HANDLES U HAUL WAS OUT ON EMERGENCY BUT THE ONE WHO WAS IN CHARGE WAS SO UNAWARE OF WHAT SHE WAS DOING AND IT TOOK ME OVER TWO WEEKS TO GET MY DEPOSIT BECAUSE SHE DID NOT DO THE RETURN PAPER WORK. I WAS NOT PLEASED AT ALL

Erwin DThe truck needed an alignment, smelled like cigarette smoke in the cab, and the back was dirty. Also, I had to pick up my car carrier at another site, which was 30 min away. However, the service rep was nice.

Leonard MCharge late fees based on impact. I passed the location before 2 pm as I wanted to top of the tank before returning the truck even though it still showed on F. I parked at 2:04 pm and then the remote return process took 10 minutes. As the location was closed and no one was impacted on the very slightly late return an additional full days rental charge seems excessive.
DANIEL SCommunication prior to pickup. My preferred location and surrounding areas had no availability. So they switched to another location and gave me free mileage. That’s great. But I showed up to a closed location with no employees present and a phone number that’s disconnected (but displayed on GOOGLE and UHAUL website AND was the number that was given to me by dispatch). FORTUNATELY they left a personal cell phone number to reach the manager. Took half hour to reach them. Completely unaware they had a reservation due to the switch. They were able to do a contactless check out procedure and thankfully did have the truck available. Prior confirmation from the dispatch and the new location should both be made. Dispatch called me and told me, but did not confirm with new location and this the new location had no contact with me. Had the situation been different with time constraints, showing up to a location 45miles away from me that perhaps did not have the equipment, or inability to contact the manager, this experience would have been a lot worse.
