Staff recruited and obtained a trailer from another uhaul location as their immediate stock was claimed. As I was running late to pick up the trailer, I arrived after hours, however, the staff (James I believe) waited what turned out to be an extra 30 minutes or so past closing time. Much appreciated!!!

Michael CI was (not on purpose, I promise) anyways …I was a pain in the ass and the dude who helped me was great, for real. He was: -Professional and polite -Patient -Willing to figure out the best solution to the problem of my own making. Honestly, he’s now reminded me of the guy on 551 in Hubbard, Oregon. I don’t think I reviewed him. He helped me when I was in a pinch, too - that one was an even bigger PIA.

Duane HMake the online truck return easier!! It never did do what it said it was going to do, so I turned the keys in and left. I did take photos and a video to document that I did return the truck!!! I should not have to rely on the internet or an app to check out. Nancy KI don’t believe that there’s anything that can be improved upon. It’s the smoothest I think any rental place I’ve ever been to has been. They made everything easy and convenient and I have already told everybody I know that does rent where to get their rental stuff from. As a matter fact, I’ll be raining there and probably will be raining for from another friend of mine the same truck I just turned in because he’s moving to thank you for being so close to where I live.

Larry BIt was a little difficult to extend the trailer rental 2 days. I have not got enough memory on phone to install another app. Ended up calling, and then the person was helpful and polite. She did, however, add 4 days instead of the two I had requested. This was handled at the drop off site with no hassle. In general, Uhaul is a good experience.

Thomas EMy mad review has nothing to do with the location. It is the online booking system. We reserved to pick up in Newark oh at 7 am. We got a text telling us to pick it up at a location 25 miles a day. We called the original location and they said we would be fine to get it there. The day before we were to pick it up it again said Thornville and then the time was changed to 9. Which would not work for us. We had to leave work early and drive 30 min out of our way. Not a good experience.
Jeff CThis was my drop off location after hours. I wasn’t really sure where to drop the equipment and it was a grassy area so it was hard to get the trailer pushed off the pavement into the grass
Paula BWas over charged for the rental by $40. WIll not rent from U-haul again. This was the second time this year that this has happened.
