Blanca AThe guys at the Valero let me know where to park the truck and where to drop off the key. They said anything else call Uhaul. They are not invested in the process. They are working the store. The parking area is off site and not appropriate for a 26 foot truck. The entrance is low and you have to drive over a sidewalk. This causes the vehicle to become hi centered in the middle. Frame scrapping the side walk. My recommendation to a friend would be go to an actual Uhaul facility. Customer support on the phone was fantastic !!! I called several times and the agents were ready to help and cheerful.

Kevin MIf you do a remote pickup location, you cannot return it to a remote location. Why no loading lights in the truck?

joseph RJames at the Weirdo Valero location provided as good a level of customer service as I have ever experienced! The man genuinely cares about the customers and does whatever it takes to make sure needs are met. It don't get no better than that! I would recommend this location without any hesitation what so ever, and no , I'm not a relative!

Iris SNo one was there and we dropped key & contract in a bucket. Later they told me that I owed for 3 gallons of gas and also for cleaning out truck (because of several pieces of paper in it)!
ANTON SThe location was fine and convenient to me but when I got to the truck the key was not in there. I called customer service then had to be transferred to the mobile department and that person was very helpful but it was frustrating and took about another 30+ minutes before I got another truck. The return was very time consuming and when asked to upload pictures I kept getting an error message and to refill submit pictures and it took several times before I could complete the return. I definitely will not be using mobile pick up rental again.

Thomas GI really lucked out in getting my U-Haul truck from James. Fast and courteous, and willing to help me get my truck four hours earlier than I had requested, which helped me get on the road that much faster. I plan to use his service again if/when I need to. Thanks, James.
Edgar ACustomer service was excellent. There were candy wrappers in the truck, and the driver door had a poor seal causing a lot of wind noise. The process was well executed. Prices could have been better compared to the market.
