Something was apparently wrong with the Uhaul system and a representative basically accused me of stealing a 15 ft truck, after we turned it in and checked it in online. This husband and wife team are fantastic. They are friendly and operate like a well-oiled machine. Pick up was fast and efficient, even with a little troubleshooting Eva had both (us and another customer) checked out, all of us leaving the office with a smile. As we exit, we are met with curb side service by the beast. Thanks again fir the flare at customer service, it felt like we were hanging with friends.James E.

No one was available either time to pick up or drop off. I pulled the truck up in the drive way when returning it and went to the door. No one was available I tried to call the number listed an no answer. A worker came out from the shop behind the office upset I had parked in his way. He had the office manager on the phone who was very rude telling me that I couldn't park there and I had dropped the keys off in the box and not they would not be able to use the drive way. I told her she was incorrect that the keys were in my hand and that I was trying to return the truck. She said she was at lunch and to give the keys to the guy and she would return the truck when she returned. I got a call at noon the next day asking when I was going to return the truck. She never entered my return. I am very dissatisfied with my experience.Rebecca F.

The draw bar was installed upside down, so the bolt of the hitch ball scraped the ground when driving through dips in the road. Because the draw bar was upside, it likely caused measuring the tying of the pull chain at a wrong length. I drove away a quarter of a mile from the business location and heard a jingling sound. I pulled the car aside and parked at the curb to investigate what made the sound. I discovered one chain had gotten loose and was dragging along the street. Despite the improperly setting up of the hitch kit, an innocent error, the proprietors at the shop were greatly courteous and directed me to a nearby U-Haul Dealership to have the problem corrected.Sam C.

We got there at three in the afternoon very scary location and nobody was there to check us out and we had to leave the truck parked in the street with no communication. Talk to a lady on the phone prior to getting their said she'd be there till five and she wasn'tBELARMINO G.
There was no one there to help with the turn-in process, which would have been fine, except for the fact that I was charged both for damage and cleaning fees, when I was very careful not to accrue any new damage during the trip (and checked carefully at drop-off to make sure I hadn't), and had cleaned both the truck and cab as I was instructed to do. Overall, I feel taken advantage of. UHaul (and the UHaul reps at this location) went out of their way to tack on as many charges as possible, after an already terrible service experience with UHaul taking little to no responsibility for their own mistakes. After all this, I could not recommend UHaul any less, and will utilize literally any moving rental service other than this one in the future.Gustav H.
$41.24 was withdrawn from my bank account on 7/19/21. I was charged again on 7/28/21 in the amount of $98.24. A late fee was inaccurate. I uploaded a picture of the gas tank that indicated there was less gas than indicated on the contract. The truck was returned on 7/15/21 at 5:06 p.m with more gas than I initially started. I also upload pictures of the mileage from start to end. I was overcharged. The remaining balance I own is $11.04. I need a refund of $46.01/SOPHIA M.
