DUNCAN HI had arranged for 2 helpers through U-Haul to help unload. Paid $149.95 through MOVINGHELP.com, billed through my credit card. On the day of the move, they contacted me to report they 'could not make it'. I had to unload myself. How do I get a refund?

PAUL SI requested same pick up and drop off and had to drop off the truck 20 miles in the opposite direction adding an extra 30 minutes of driving time for me and my family to pick me up. Was also charged many more miles than I used.

Joe CThe experience was wonderful except for two things: 1) The office looks like a dungeon and is very unappealing. Uhaul really needs to at least invest in some overhead lighting. That alone would make this office look so much nicer. Why do you treat your employees this way??? I want to make sure you understand that this comment is not about the place being clean. It's about Uhaul not showing their customers that they care about every step of the rental process. How the office looks and the environment it provides for doing business says a lot about a company. It is clear that Uhaul does not spend any money to make this location inviting for its customers and employees. Please fix this. 2) The computer lag is unacceptable.

BARRIE LI felt the truck was difficult to drive straight. It drove the same way loaded or unloaded. Other than that my experience was was great!
BETHANY AWe arrived and were told that the ramp in the truck was not working. It took asking the question twice to get an answer as to what was wrong with the ramp. Apparently, the welding was broken and they did not have an alternative truck. We rented a 15' so having the ramp was really important. We were offered another location but at that point we needed to get our day going to we decided to just take the truck as is and see how it went. The ramp was a huge pain in the butt to get back into the truck. I'm surprised they rented us a truck with such a faulty accessory.

Peter MExcellent customer service. Helped me hook up the trailer and I did not have my trailer electrical connector, so she let me use he own connector for the day. I would not change anything at this location.
Craig CKeep doing what you are already doing. I don't think you can improve more, uhaul is already #1 as far as I'm concerned. Customer service was great, Ashley and Jim went out of way to help me. Maybe some applicable discounts would help, like military and AAA, or something. 10% or 15% discounts goes a long way, and we never forget it, and we as customers really appreciate these little things, especially in the times of need. Thank you uhaul, and thank you Lea from reservations.

Kathy JI used to be a mover and I’ve been using Wes stor for years for private jobs. This is my first time back in a while cause I had to pickup a couple couches but just as I remember Still the Best location in the area hands down by a long shot. I like the fact that I go there and it’s not just customer service very down to earth people running the place instead of the a typical corporate robot sitting at a desk trying to sell you on everything under the sun. Moving isn’t fun and the product is going to sell itself but the personality is what will keep you coming back and leave a lasting impression. At least it did on me so Wes stor will continue to be my choice for years to come guaranteed. If I could leave a better rating I would.

Dzmitry KI needed to delay my pick up due to a snowstorm, and that was no problem. I arrived the next day and the trailer was out of storage and ready for hook up. The hook up went easy and the trailer towed well for 1100 miles !

Cathy NThe app for the reservation didn't work, I was definitely overcharged for gas. I rented a van and used it for 28 miles and was charged over 80 bucks for the gas....the gas was never explained to me...I was given a piece of plastic and he said this is for the gas mileage...it was so disorganized and there were dogs that stood in the way of the entrance, that were the worker's dogs, before I was even able to get the van into the lot.
Haley KJade to call uhaul 800 number to get ahold of anyone. Then the person who lives on site finally showed up and didn't know host use their computer system. They had to call uhaull 800 number themselves to get myself and another customer processed and out the door, an hour late.
