Improve the website so that it works better. I had to install the app and did not really want the app.
KYLE SThe guy at the counter was very kind but we had an issue with our drop off, I know it wasn’t his fault. What happened was I set up everything on the U-Haul app, I had it set for pick up in big rapids and drop off at Reed city, then somehow after we picked up the truck it changed back to big rapids, so I changed it back to Reed city on the app when we went to drop it off. This guys rep sounded angry over the phone because I was able to change it, apparently he had someone scheduled after us somehow even though we were originally scheduled to have the truck for a couple days, so this didn’t make sense to me because I quite literally changed it when we brought the truck to drop off. The guy on the phone said we’ll have a $50 charge because we did this. I haven’t seen it yet and I hope I don’t because that is ridiculous, if I’m not supposed to be able to change the location it wouldn’t be an option. Again the guy at the counter was very kind and is not his fault and I let him know how a customer can change drop off location.

NICOLE MGuy got there at exactly 8am, when they open but my rental was the same time so I had to wait for him a bit. He didn’t really give me any info on the Uhaul and I didn’t realize I only had 24 hours to return. (I read on the receipt that I had to return on Saturday but missed the 24 hours part). Which caused me to have to be charged extra, which I understand is my fault as well for missing the 24 hours part.

LEONARD AThe man who checked me in was kind and helpful in attaching the trailer to my vehicle. He was also understanding and patient when I called due to being a little late for drop off because of a vehicle problem. Would definitely recommend this location.

PATRICIA ATook a long time for the gentleman to pull up paperwork and print it (I was the only person there). Printer was running out of toner, some of my contract I couldn't read.

James SI paid $7 extra for a dolly which was not with the truck. The awesome man at West 10 Truck & Auto gave us his OWN dolly to use. He should be give the $7 as UHaul got paid but didn’t supply. That guy was awesome all the way around. Helped walk me through digital check in & more! Asset to UHaul.
ColleenM TI couldn't complete my return through the app because the location didn't have service which is hard because the app requires you to be AT the location of drop off. So, I wasn't sure if my pictures of the trailer were fully uploaded. It'd be nice if there was another way that I could upload the pictures from a location that has service.
Aaron KThe only issue was the Internet service. Might want to consider upgrading to a faster service package in that area. Otherwise, the owner was very nice courteous and helpful.
