I had no issues with the location itself. They were great and willing to work with me. However UHAUL itself needs a better system. If I had not have called them, I wouldn’t have known they were closed on New Year’s Day, or that they did NOT use mobile pickup. Yet, booking an online still allowed me to book tagt day and for mobile pick up. I would have showed up and left empty handed had I not have thought to call.

Cherry NThe power connection had about a 3 foot cord and the location had to splice together two cords so I could use the trailer that I just drove 45 minutes to pick-up.
Robert DThere was red mud all in the uhaul there was no Dooley and then I was overcharged i was told 60 extra miles would be added to the truck because I had to go way to Carrollton al to pick that truck up due to the truck I requested in Northport al was not there when I booked a head of time they didn't even clean the van out I did though because it was the right thing to do

PRINCESS GI cannot thank the employee working at this location on Saturday July 24th enough!! I DID NOT reserve the trailer at this location, yet this was my assigned location - which was totally inconvenient and going to be CLOSED when I arrived. I hate that I didn't get his name but he was awesome! He worked with me to find an alternate solution and when a trailer was not available closer to my location, he worked to ensure I was able to pick up at my designated time.

I was promised twice, once by a phone representative from uhaul and also by the lady I picked up the uhaul from that when I dropped the truck off I would get my $100 cash deposit back from the person I turned the key in to. He gave us the $100 deposit back but then has called asking us to bring it back when we have already spent it and saying that uhaul will mail us a check and its the last money we had to our name so I'm so upset about all this and just the entire process and now wish I would have not even used a uhaul

Jim TActually provide the equipment requested. I didn’t get the furniture dolly or utility dolly and it made moving much harder. The locations were fine, but not the people over the phone. I had to drive 45 mins away to pick up the trailer when I reserved it in my town. Very inconvenient. Y’all should offer some kind of discount or something to make up for my time and gas money. The lady on the phone was rude, she said “you can get it or not”. Y’all did not make moving across the country easier, just added more stress.

Ronald DI lived in Columbus MS and last second was told I could not get the equipment I had requested from the local Uhaul. I was told that I could drive to Carrolton, AL to pick up the equipment from the above store, which was about 30-40 minutes away from my home. When I reached the store, I was rushed to sign the paperwork for my fuel and overall condition of the vehicle and I asked to at least inspect the truck before I touched pen to paper. The truck was connected and they walked off before I could inspect the truck so I took it without signing the documents. Down the road, approximately 3 miles from the mileage I had taken the vehicle, I noticed the fuel was on the first area of grey below Full. I took a picture to show this upon turning the vehicle in. Upon reaching my home I was at 5/8 of a tank, of course when I filled up the needle would reach the full line and I felt pretty cheated by Uhaul. that was a 30$ refuel from 5/8 tank. I called to make a mention of this to customer service and it felt like I was treated like "not my problem" I would like to speak to a Uhaul representative and provide them a picture that shows I am not full of it and that this location cheated me.

Willard HVery disappointed in uhaul. The representative for uhaul was great and location was nice. When reserved truck the prior week pickup was supposed to be in Columbus, MS. Was not informed of any location change until I called about picking up truck on Sat 09/03. Was told truck was in Carolton, AL. About 35 miles from Columbus, MS. Called 800 number I was given and uhaul rep was rude and just down right nasty. When I picked up truck the rep in Carollton told me that there was a customer that reserved a truck for pickup at his location in Carollton and they had to go to Columbus, MS to pick up there truck that was the same size. I had to go from Columbus, MS to Carollton ,AL to pick up my truck. This does not make any since. Truck was old and beat up with 150000 miles on it. I have rented Penske trucks before and never had a problem. Went with uhaul because it was cheaper. I know why. Will spent a few extra dollars and go with Penske again if the occasion arises .
William CI am very disappointed. First of all I rented a 20 in and it was not there! I had to settle for a 15 in. Because of the inconvenience the u haul company promised me 200 miles free!!!! Then after returning the truck that same day. I found the next day after looking at my you all lied. U haul said I only had 150 free miles. I was charged 152.75 and also 47.10 for over the miles which you all had promised me due to U haul mistake of not having my 20 in. Truck. I will make sure everyone I know does not use U haul. You all have 1. Did not have the right truck. 2. Promised me 200 miles due to a make up for not having my truck there! 3. Then lie and said you only gave me 150 miles.
