The experience overall was horrible due to the fact that all the company is concerned with is their bottom line. I was just another number in a truck that ran terrible and was so wore out. Plus I turned it in 21 hours early with no credit for the early return. Now they can double up on rental money with that one truck. I called to speak with someone about the early return and was told I would be credited with the early return. After I rushed and returned 21 hours early to only be told I could pay $75 more for mileage and no credit! I am blown away and will complain about U-Haul for years to come. Never again will I allow anyone with good conscience to rent from these vampire's!

JOSE AUhaul corporate needs to update reservation system to account for the location open and close times. My pickup was reassigned to this location at 9am which was pickup time at ORIGINAL location, but new location didn't open till 10am. This cost us an extra hour of loading and road time.
