Staff were very friendly and even though two individuals were being trained, I was processed through pretty quickly.

David SPlease don’t list this location as a MOBILE pick up location!!!!! This location requires you to come in to the office to complete your reservation/registration process before allowing access to the equipment which is behind a locked gate. That said, the staff was attentive and completed the process quickly.

Adam CThe amount of gas that was charged for was unreasonably high (4 gallons for an odometer-verified distance of 9 miles). When challenged, it was insinuated that the 3+ gallons that was billed could have been burnt while idling the truck. Local staff was not helpful in resolving or contributing to the resolution of the issue.
Brian MDrywall dust and used blankets were it away . Looked like the truck wasn’t checked in Cab was also covered in drywall white dust .

MELIA HThe truck had been cleaned, but it was in poor condition. The outside was covered in dings, dents and scratches and had faded and peeling graphics. On the inside, the plastic steering wheel was starting to degrade, and part of the window crank would fall off each time you tried to roll down the window.

Mary AIf you could spray and wipe down the interior of the windshield, that would be great! It looked clean, but when we got into the glare at sunset, it was hard to see through the glass due to smearing. Thank you for your quick and capable service, though!

Nancy CIt has a confusing system at the rental. The place cooperates with U-Haul but the computer system seems messed things up. I checked with them one day before but still met problem when picking up the truck.

Megan MThere was only a small amount of gas at time of pickup. Should have at least a half tank full for customers. Also charged $20 for a cleaning. Only two cans were left in the cup holders but charged $20. A rip off.
Steve mMelissa was great. And the rig was nice and clean. I especially loved when Melissa told me exactly how many gallons were needed to fill the gas to. I got charged insurance which I didn’t purchase, but they fixed it right away. I will definitely use this location again, nd recommend my friends to go there.

Jose LWe were told there was a full tank of gas in the uhaul. We went less than 10 miles went to put in more gas and it took 6 gallons of gas.. something definitely didn’t add up we paid for someone else’s gas..

Jodee JUpon returning there was no one at the storage, and there was a sign on the door that they'll be back at 3pm. Ingot there at 2:30, so that meant a half an hour wait. When an employee returned from his break and a voiced my concerns - he seemed to not care and have he only thing he could say was " okay". That left me flabbergasted as it is a poor attitude and terrible customer service. Firstly - it does not say on the door or website that they are taking half an hour break. Second- there should be more than one employee so lunch break could be covered.
Anrijs HThe moving helped was below average. They dropped broke open one of my containers and spilled my papers down the steps. Plus they were late to the location and had to do some of the lifting myself. Never again with this company.

Martin GThe instructions in the contract were different than the instructions at pick up. (use the app vs drop the keys off). The key drop is not clearly marked and wasn't clearly pointed out. The AC in the truck didn't work. This needs to be made known before hand and given a chance to trade vehicles with no extra charge. NOT OKAY.

Larry BI have scheduled online with U-Haul to pick up a van from this location when I got there they were surprised because their Van was already rented out. The attendant did not know why U-Haul had sent me to the store because they did not have a van at their location. The attendant tried to be very helpful by calling a U-Haul close by to see if they had a van but for some reason the phone call was not going through. He did his best to try to accommodate me with a van and this situation was not his fault. I asked him what he had available and he had a 10 foot truck that he said was the same price so I took that truck instead. Every time I turned off the truck and tried to restart it the key would not turn and I have to physically jiggle the truck around wiggle the key and work really hard to try to get the key to turn. My last visit with U-Haul on Pacific Highway in Tigard was very good. I was expecting the same smooth service from U-Haul again. This was not the case. I stress that the attendant was not at fault and he was very courteous.
Angela RThe truck was ready to go at the reserved time and Aaron was very helpful. After minimal paperwork I was on my way is less than 5 minutes. The truck was clean and everything worked. Drop off was quick and easy, with no surprise charges. I will definitely rent there again when the need arises.
