JOHN LThis location needs to advertise all details on the app when you reserve the truck. Showed up to my reservation, was then told I needed $250 deposit to fulfill my reservation. No where in the reservation app does it state there is a 150 mile deposit. I literally rented the truck to move one item, less than an hour of rental. Had I not had a back up I would not have been able to rent the truck. So my entire plans of moving furniture would have been ruined since they didn’t specify this in the rental agreement. Unacceptable in my opinion. I rented from here about a little over a year ago and this was not the case! Won’t be going back! Plus the office smelled awful and was overly hot while waiting for the worker to figure out what he was doing. The man helping me hardly spoke: could not hear him at all to understand what he was saying to me! Completely disappointed this round especially since my first encounter in 2025 was much better!!!

SHAKKIA BJiten was very courteous and helpful. The location was easily accessible and had a good choice of various sizes vehicles and trailers. It's was mostly half free and quick. Although, the truck i rented was clean, it was not well maintained, it was loud, bad engine smells, and drive like a dog... I'm glad it was local because I'm not sure the truck would have made a long distance run.

KAZETTA WI live in Brentwood so when I rent a UHaul, I typically go to the closest one in Oakley. But when they didn't have the trailer I wanted at the time, the next closest one was West Coast Towing. When I arrived, it was a fast and easy process. The whole experience was exceptional and pain free. Jiten greeted me and took care of everything, making sure that the trailer was secured, safety was in check and provided the services with utmost professionalism with a smile. I just booked my second reservation! One more thing, I didn't realize that their location was NOT hard to get in and out off and into the freeway. Very convenient in my opinion!

They were slammed when I picked up, but quickly took care of the line, and communicated to let us know they’d be with us. Thetis even gave me a popsicle when it was my turn, and apologized for the wait! A+++ service! I will recommend to everyone!!!

RAIMOND ACustomers MUST be informed about every additional costs. I got a $20 charge called after hours service fee that no one mentioned and is nowhere on my contract despite the fact that I rented the truck for 4 hours and returned it in 3.5 hours, during official business hours. I got the truck at 1/4 gas level and returned it at 1/2 gas level, yet I got no cash back for the extra gas. Horrible experience.

LEE YThe battery died 5 minutes after I picked up the truck. But I had a fast response when I called road side assistance to jump start it. The brakes didn't seen sold in good condition. I had to be braking at a much longer distance to stop the truck. The location was good. The service was great and fast. A+++
