Your process is clumbersome and confusing. My order specifies a pickup location and date and delivery location and date. I recieve numerous emails indicating the container has been delivered a week early. But the email notes the delivery location as New Bedford but my order specifies Osterville. So are you going to deliver the container to Osterville? My order states Osterville but all your emails state it has been delivered to New Bedford and no mention of moving it from New Bedford to Osterville. So you are creating unnecessary anxiety in my wondering if the container will or will not be delivered to Osterville as in the order on Feb 8.

SHANNON GI was charged a $20 "after hours service fee" that was never mentioned until it was on the final invoice. There should not be surprise fees, especially not ones that are 25% of the total cost of the rental. That is ridiculous.
