My problem is not with the location, as they were FANTASTIC, and friendly. My issue is with U-haul, I placed a reservation on a Sunday morning, Sunday afternoon I got a call saying the place I reserved from does not rent out trailers, so after 25 min they finally found me a spot to pick up, Tuesday morning. I drive 35 min there and I am told they do not have working trailers, its been broken since Sunday night they say. So called Uhaul again, and now they send me to another location. When I created the new reservation for the same transaction they tell me a representative will call me to discuss some compensation for the run around a d traveling back and forth. I finally got my trailer and alls well. But when I get to my destination and empty it out I see there is a Uhaul 9 min away from me (not 35 min) so I call to see if I can drop off there instead. The answer I get is NO your reservation states to return where you picked it up from. I didn't need any compensation (which by the way I never got a call from anyone yet...) but this could have been the simplest solution for all parties to be happy! Point is, you must call location in advance to male sure your rental is there and ready before traveling all the way there, even if its a 10 min or especially a 30 min drive!!

My reserved vehicle was not there when I went to pick it up. A text message notifying the reassignment of the pickup location to another U Hual lot was sent out only 19 minutes before my pickup time, which I didn't see because I was driving to the U Haul lot. I had to drive another 40 minutes in pouring rain to the other lot, and then drive back in town to conduct my business. The U Haul team was not apologetic nor sympathetic and only offered 45 miles in credit for my troubles.

CARLOS APicked vehicle up at 1/8 of fuel. Dropped vehicle off at same fuel level and was immediately charged for fuel. No help from this location. No call back. Nothing. I don’t recommend this location based on service.

Sze WShop was good at getting me in a rental. BEWARE lot of scammers working for U-HAUL not the first time, not the first time and this has happened, not saying all u-haul are bad just be careful when renting.. I was over charged again on my card double what the cost was initially agreed upon, i always over state my milage and only went 63 miles (from the 90 miles estimated and stated on contract) I had it for about 5 hour returning it fueled up, the next day I had the regional office calling me requesting the truck back??? I assured them i returned the truck that same night. they located the vehicle stating it was never input to the computer as returned. but than i checked my account seeing pending charges for double the estimate... this is crap.. i will never rent from this location ever.
