I pulled up to a locked gate. there was a guy inside the fence talking on the phone. I thought it was a customer at first. After several minutes I got out of the car and he came over. He asked if I had a reservation and I said yes, showed it to him on my phone. For at least 10 minutes we spoke with the gate still locked. He said I need a PIN which I didn't have. I had to fill out multiple screens of data on my phone but never got a PIN at the end. THEN he finally unlocked the gate and let us in. he said the PIN was to open a lock box on the fence to get the truck key. After some time he spend on the computer he found the truck key was actually in the office. At the end he asked that I check the truck before leaving. I came back and told him there was an error message on the dash that the RR tire was low. Since the truck was in grass I could not tell. He said it was a BAD SENSOR. I asked for a tire gauge but he said he didn't have one and I had to go to the UHAUL store on at 4252 S Orange Blossom Trail to get the tire checked. When I got at that location, I was told the tire only had 45 lbs of air when it should have 80 lbs. The guy at the 4252 S Orange Blossom Trail location said he already had 3 customers sent over to him from 1408 33rd St and it was only 8:30am.

I arrived at 6:40 PM on Saturday to deliver and it was already closed, they didn't explain to me where to leave the car, I left it in another location, they called me to pick up the car from the other location, it took me more than 2 hours to pick up the car from the place where I left it, I had to call Uhaul on a Sunday and they took too long to answer, terrible experience, I ended up paying double what they said it was, it wasn't worth it.
