Not sure what's worse - navigating your website or getting hung up on by your representative. Both were nightmares!!!!

I filled gas before I drop off truck. Also I putted deposit $100. Because I had to payment cash. Pick up location staff told me I can refund deposit when I drop off location. So I suppose get it back. But drop location staff was man. He looked truck and he saw my paper but he said I can't get deposit $100 back also pay $30 more cash. Do I asked him why? Isn't correct. He walked away. So I called u haul customer and they called me they refund me $100. This people need to watch employee. He try charge me $30more. This is horrible.
