I don't know. They run a very professional business. The lady that is in charge, Barb, is very polite, very professional, and is very knowledgeable. I enjoyed doing business with her. And there were several contracts in front of me, I was a walk-in, but yet my wait time was very small.

Ordered a one way with pads and dolly but later after the move found out after the move that one way trucks do not have those in them and the store is not provided with them either. Would have made other arrangements for a uhaul had I been told

Products throughout Greenbrier county need to more available. I had to drive 1hr to gat the item that I needed during the time scheduled. There are 2 other locations that are less than 30 minutes away from where I was located. At the appointed time and location there was supposed to be 2 personnel working and they were both out to lunch during my pickup time. Personnel should alter lunch/appointment times to provide prompt services. Customer service, when available was outstanding, they were knowledgeable and helped me as soon as they returned after their lunch break.

Ensure tow dollys are properly maintained and prepared for customer use. I had to purchase lithium grease to lubricate both tire strap ratchets before I could use them due to rust. I also purchased a grease gun to lubricate the tow dolly platform. Took me an hour to free the tire straps from the rusted ratchets.

The ladies at the counter were extremely helpful & Courteous I give them 5 STARS. The trailer was clean, looked well serviced, but vibrated badly @ about 45 mph, so the trailer , a 5 x9 ramp, I give 2.5 Stars. Tires looked new, and properly aired. I will continue to use this location for the fact that everything we have rented from there, was accompanied by GREAT service from the people at the counter.

The rate on internet was lower then what I was charged I have a receipt for $611 and $703 was taken from my account. I could have rented a truck from budget or Penske for the price of the trailer. We had to hook the trailer to the truck ourselves. I will NEVER rent from U-Haul again.

The lady in the office was nice and helpful. The young man hooking up the trailer was rude and incompetent. He left both chains dragging the ground and did not check the lights. I asked if he was leaving the chains on the ground and he said he didn't know how to make it any different because they needed slack for turning. I told him I would show him as I had pulled many uhauls. He walked away and went back to the shop leaving me there. I would never ever recommend anyone to go there! An older gentleman did come out apparently upon seeing the younger man return to the shop. He made sure the lights were working correctly.

We thought odd, was not having anyone at the business tell us where the tow dolly was located, we had to ask after we got outside and didnt see anyone. Went to the fenced lot and had to hookup our own dolly. Thank goodness we knew how to do it, most people would not want to do it themselves considering the danger associated with an incorrect install. Also, on the website and according to the chat assistant, it was required to bring in the vehicle that was to be towed in for an inspection when picking up the dolly. When we got there both employees said they had never heard of that being necessary. Was to say the least an inconvenience to get the vehicle, waste the extra gas to get it to the other town, just to be told it was all for nothing. Employees were very engaging and nice though.

My windshield was cracked and I was told there was no paperwork or anything I could obtain to verify with the drop off location that it was in fact broken when I got the truck and that I did not break it. Also the second woman I spoke with had an attitude as if she were better than me because she was the employee and I was the customer.

The truck smelled like wet cigarettes. they have no access to any additional supplies. They were very friendly.

I pre-ordered 26 foot truck along with two dozen packing pads. When I picked up truck there were no pads, I was told they never have pads. That U-Haul always says they will have extra things you order but they never do. Because of the rural area we had to drive our vehicle 45 minutes to another U- Haul location to get the pads. The day we left with packed truck we were less than 10 miles into a 900 mile trip when the oil light came on, requiring two quarts of oil, could have used a little more. Cool temputares had us with open windows until afternoon, when we discovered that air conditioning did not work. Needless to say since we were heading to Florida made our 2nd day of travel very uncomfortable. Also on 2nd day brake light came on. Obviously truck had not been checked out in some time.

This was not the location I was supposed to pick up the truck at. They did not have any moving pads or appliance dolly I had reserved. The inside of the truck had not been cleaned. We had to clean it ourselves before we could load it. The contract said the truck had 3/4 tank of gas. It had just over 1/2. Had to go back and get the contract changed.

The U-Haul location in Rainelle, WV is a joke. The girl that arranged for my trailer was in training so it took a long time to get my information processed, even though I had completed most of the information online. I was not even given a simple U-Haul envelope to put my information into. I was not provided any assistance in hooking up the trailer and I used my personal pigtail to connect the trailer lights. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

The location where I picked up (Rainelle, WV) and where I asked to pick-up (Fairlea, WV) were great. The location I was allegedly supposed to pick-up, which no one told me about until Saturday afternoon (Covington, VA) was not so great. I have rented from U-Haul for 30+ years. This was the biggest screw-up I have ever seen. No one contacted me about any changes. I had to drive over 50 miles out of my way to get the truck. I WILL NEVE USE U-HAUL AGAIN!!!

Insure all vehicles to be towed are available in the index, mine was for a nash but could not progress in net reservation process was stopped because the nash was not listed.

I had ordered the pads when i ordered the truck online. I drove 2 hrs to get truck on my way to pick up a load of antique furniture. When i got to pick up place, they said they never have the pads, dollies, or anything but trucks. I was too far away from home to get blankets so i had to stop and buy $40 in pads. I wouldnt have had to spend this if the website hadnt offered something they didnt have.

I only have one problem and that is your newer trailers have hydraulic brakes and make it impossible for one person to hook up. I had to not only get one, but two guys to help in lifting front of trailer to hook up. These trailers need trailer jacks installed before somebody injures their back lifting.
