Easy location to find. Customer service was great.
Bonnie RArrived and did not have the dolly or furniture blankets we reserved. Sent us to another location to go get them and then come back for the truck. Unprofessional of uhaul when people are in a time crunch moving. Not the first time I've shown up and they don't have important items I reserved for a move. Don't rent out items without knowing if that particular location has them.
YASHAR EVery disappointed that uhaul has not provided a trailer dolly to help the franchisee lift heavy trailer tongues onto my hitch. I tried it and could not budge it. Shame! Otherwise, the experience was without any problems. staff very professional and helpful. Trailer was clean and ready as promised.

Abel SJeff was an "Absolute Professional" throughout the entire rental process. He went "above & beyond" the Excellent standard to ensure our rental process would be successful. This portion of the process made most profound impact on me.
Larry EYour website and mobile apps are horrible. Couldn't make reservation online. Could get mobile app to work on android. Reservationist didn't set drop off site for one way rental. After selecting drop off site at pickup location, received text that drop off location couldn't accept Trailor. However, unfirming email specified this site. Site had no problem accepting Trailor after all. A major company should be ashamed of these systems, and fire their CIO.
Charles MThis location is actually a local equipment retail store. There was only one person available for U-Haul rentals but he was also a sales associate on the floor helping customers buy lawn equipment. So I had to wait 15 minutes while he was answering questions and demonstrating lawn equipment.
Lisa OGo see Jeff. Fast, courteous and saved me money. It Was cheaper to bring the trailer back than leave it at its destination. Saved me 40%. Helped me hook it up and made sure we had a contract and went over safety instructions. Good dude!
