Dolly was crap, and no one at location knew how to show me to hook it up! I had to Google it myself.. then after I drop it off after I refuel it! I get a charge of $37.00 for whatever reason!!! It was gassed and cleaned when I dropped it off!! I left Dolly attached to truck because that's what the first uhaul place said to do!! Please refund my 37.00. This has coste a fortune! Thank you John Brannon

I didn’t even use the truck for the amount of full time (I picked it up at 7 and returned it at 4:30 and was only driven 29 miles) I was looking to actually get money back, but on the end return section it prompted me to pay more money…. And there was no one to discuss this matter at the drop off location…
