MIDGE BThe location needed better signage. As far as to see where to go to find the driveway. The location was kinda off the road a bit and the trucks was behind buildings so you couldn’t see nothing to help find the place other than google maps telling us we have arrived. But we found it after passing it and turning around.

RYAN BTruck did not have items purchased a dolly and blankets. Truck was filthy and damaged my off white recliners. Last minute truck was not in origional location. I cost me an hour of lost time to get the blankets and dolly from a different location. Then I was charged twice for missing iten. Very disappointed. The people online were very nice and efficient.
Lori TI called the owner of the location Dalton Kim on a Saturday night and he gave me instructions where to drop the truck and park it. Now that’s customer service !! Thanks Bob and Angela Quinn
ROBERT QIt could be better for parking , the office is an smalll trailer. I had excellent support, to get a truck was simple and well explained.
Martinez FTruck was filthy! My son had to ask the worker to clean the inside. Store was to open at 10am. Worker arrived late. Which made us late for movers. I requested 8-10 blankets- no blankets. Requested pick-up site and was called day before with different site pick up. I reserved my truck a moth ago!

Lisa PThe truck had extremely low gas level upon rental. Instead of providing a relatively full tank and having the renter re-fill to same level, I needed to waste my initial rental time by filling the tank. It is inconvenient and wastes the renter's time on the front end of the rental period.

Nate HHard to find. Mobile app did not work. Was not Open at 8am for assistance. When returned charged me for fuel when I returned at same level.

Our experience primarily revolved around securing a truck for our move, without the added conveniences typically associated with a dedicated U-Haul facility. We observed a more basic approach to service, lacking the meticulous maintenance and attention to detail one might expect. The impression was more of a 'take what's available' scenario, rather than a tailored experience. For those prioritizing assurance and reliability, particularly in receiving all ordered items, opting for an official U-Haul facility solely focused on renting trucks and providing direct service may be advisable.
Christina BNo one there - hard to find AND did not provide the requested and paid for equipment (3 dollies and blankets). So in the end I could not move certain pieces because no equipment and there was no one on site so ... nothing. Very disappointing because now I have yo go back to move the big stuff.
james nIt was a little goofy getting into the storage lot, which is probably why Wexford Auto Repair had a note on the contract to CALL as soon as I got into Wexford. BUT, I did not see the note until AFTER I got home from dropping off the trailer.
