Blankets were not available as per our reservation also the truck we reserved was a 17’ foot truck two Days later Uhaul Rep said oh we don’t have that truck you need to drive 20 miles up the road @ .99. mile to pick-Up the truck you need. Horrible service all way round U get what U pay for I guess.

Stick to the rate you tell your client you are going to charge them. I have used uhaul 2x within the last month and each time upon returning the equipment I was charged double.

The description provided on the company's website re: the amount/number of items that can be loaded into your cargo van is misleading. I had to make two trips to move two desks and a credenza--definitely not the amount of furniture one would find in a studio or 1- bed apr.

There was nothing wrong with the Southlake location except that we ordered our U-Haul to be picked up in Virginia Beach over 35 miles away. U-Haul should not make reservations if they cannot fulfill them! They waited until 1 pm on Friday to call and say there was no truck for Saturday morning. No way to do business!!!!

Was told to bring truck back at 1/16, when i did return a little below 1/4 i was charged a fee. Even when i called the location she repeated to return as you received it. Not happy, called and was told a manager would call me. Well, still no call.

This was the easiest U-Haul experiences ever.

I went to the closest location to my home to rent the smallest truck I could get. Thr closest location to my home is approximately 20 miles away. After making my reservation I was called by a UHaul representative to inform me the truck I had requested was not available at the location I had completed the reservation at and I would need to pick up the truck at a different location that I was told was 7 files further away. I inquired about a credit for the additional millage and was told the representatives manager would call me the following day to discuss this. I did not receive a phone call from anyone after my discussion with the UHaul representative. The actual distance was an additional 11 miles each way. This cost me approximately $15.40 including tax plus the additional gas used. The original location I made the reservation at had a truck one maybe two sizes larger at the most that set at that location the entire day that I rented my vehicle. I know this because I had to drive past the original location to pick up and drop off the truck. Why wasn't I offered the larger truck? My family has done business with UHaul for over 50 years and it is evident that the bottom line has become far more important than customer satisfaction. Just remember without customer satisfaction the bottom line will be zero. The next time I need a truck I will use the local company that is five-miles closer to my home and will rent me a truck at a flat rate with unlimited mileage. In this case the cost would have been approximately the same.

We scheduled last week to have a van ready at the Holland Road location. We were notified over the weekend that it was changed to the Constance Rd location. We showed up to pick up the van and they said they didn't have any available and were given a 15ft truck. We were told that they would charge the same amount as the van since it was their fault they didn't have what we wanted. I received my receipt yesterday afternoon and it was 100.00 higher than when we rented the van 2 weeks prior and we had less miles. I would like a refund to our credit card to match the price for the van and not the 15ft truck that we were charged for.

Check your receipt to make sure you are OK with the charges. I.E. Do they match what you reserve the trailer for online. Make sure your offilites review this with your customer.

Everything was fine with my interaction inside the business, good folks easy to deal with, but the rental van was a different story. It smelled like livestock, similar to hog manure. May have been the protective matting material used lining the vehicles flooring. Discovered the odor permeated the clothing. Recommend airing out the vehicle, or possibly removing/replacing the protective floor matting. Aside from that the vehicle operated well.

Wes was the manager and e informed me that my u-haul should of never left the lot. We traveled from Tacoma Washington to North Carolina. We were unaware of the exhaust problem. Vicki his associate was very helpful also I give them an excellent.

I used the mobile app option to pick up the rental so that I could get it at 7am. When I arrived there were no keys in the box. I spoke to Ed on the phone and he called the store manager who arrived quickly to give me the keys. Ed also said that I would receive a credit for the rental. When I returned the truck I asked The store manager about the credit and he said that he would have to get with Ed on Mon and I would hear from him by Tues. I did not hear back from him so I called on Wed and again he said that he would have to call me back in a few days. This is unacceptable the credit should have been handled immediately. I was behind schedule an hour and half due to the issues getting the truck and now I have to wait on a credit that was promised to me. I know that mistakes happen but they did not go above and beyond to fix their mistake and to make sure I was happy when I left their business. Poor customer service.

Was very pleased when I was informed by the attendant that even though they are closed on Sunday they have a lock box where you can park the vehicle and place keys in box so I wouldn't be charged an extra day for having the van. I saved money and was very pleased.

Where we rented our uhaul in Suffolk VA the lady did not listen to me at all. She just wrote down whatever she wanted and from her doing that she caused us a lot of inconvenience. We felt like we was getting harassed from the uhaul place where we was dropping our rental off at because yet again the lady (In Suffolk VA). We told both parties that we needed the uhaul for a total of 8 days. We will not be using uhaul again and we will be telling our story to all military about our experiences.

Somehow the quote we had online and what we paid for was 150 dollars different. When we asked why they said it was because of the mileage estimate. Was told once we turn the truck in, the price will adjust with the actual mileage. We even turned the truck in a day before the due date on the paperwork, When we turned the truck in, was told we paid for a flat rate and there is no adjustment. When contacting Uhaul.com, they referred the complaint to the location we rented it from. They replied with the amount we paid was correct. We demand a break down of the price cause even the online rep stated the difference didn't add up. Still waiting for a response.

Everything was fine with my interaction inside the business but when I got into my rental truck was a completely different story. It smelled like manure. Like as if someone stomped around in manure and then cleaned their boots off inside my rental and wiped it in the air vents. Then I go to turn it on and there was less than a third of a tank of gas. And when you think it couldn’t get any worse I find the bed to be filthy and even have a cigarette butt inside. I recommend you take greater stock in caring for your equipment because I sure will be thinking twice about renting a truck from you again.

I turned my equipment in on the day it was supposed to be turned in on and was charged an extra day. I called the drop off location and was told to called the 1-800 number. I called the 1-800 and was on hold for 45 minuets...that’s totally unsatisfactory. Please call me and explain why I was charged an extra day...7579452903. Thank you.

I've rented twice from this location, good folks that are easy to deal with, the trucks are in great shape and are readily available. I especially like the fuel estimate gauge provided that tells the customer how much fuel is needed to get the level back to what it was.

I got the uhaul run around, the store I scheduled the pickup did have the size of truck I scheduled. However I was informed they had a truck 2 miles down the road, turned out they did not have the size truck I was looking to get. Store offered a bigger truck at same rate as original truck size I had scheduled. Turns out they charged more than the original quote I was given.
