Give customers the size u haul they reserve. I ordered a 26 foot in Clinton, home office canceled my 26 foot for a local. I wind up in a 20 foot, that was an extra 50 miles away on top of the 25 miles already driven. I had a higher tax bracket at the pickup location. Will never deal with this company again in Oklahoma. Watonga was short handed but most professional I dealt with in Oklahoma. Home office is a joke, didn't even give me enough of a break to cover the fuel & taxes. I would refer penske or anybody else to somebody in Oklahoma due to no customer service or responsibility from home office.
