The code on the lock was incorrect, we didn’t receive a dolly, the app kept messing up so I couldn’t input the photos at pick up and mileage information. So it tried to charge us more when we returned it because it said we used more mileage than we did. Good thing I took photos for proof. But we just ran into endless issues.
