This location made the drop off easy and quick.
Brian MThis is a regular pick up and drop off location for us. Brenda and the Davids are always friendly and extremely helpful. They allow after hours drop off which is great when loading takes longer than usual. The UHaul App on the other hand is a nightmare. I log into my account and it takes me to my x-husband's account because my number was once a secondary number on his account in 2012!

Chris CDome light in cab and usb chargers did not work. Tire was low on air. Truck was very loud and bumpy and seat very uncomfortable for 1100 mile ride. We couldn’t wait to get to our destination so we could get out of the dang truck.
Mike BThe fuel tank when dropped off was at 1/2 mark slightly below (1-2) gallons off pickup level. However, final bill showed a 20 gallon fill. The vehicle did not require this much fuel to return it to pickup level
Robert DI would have appreciated more courtesy and friendliness. It was very hot( no A/C)and we had to wait quite a while to just be told where to park the returned trailer. Not sure why we could not have been told where to park it, so we could have been accomplishing that, while the attendant finished doing something else.

Will HI had some trouble getting the truck started on the way back to drop it off. It was empty and I went to the gas station to top it up before returning it. After fueling, the engine wouldn't start. Another person at the gas station checked the battery with his jumper cables which read battery condition. He stated the battery was low and gave me a jump. The truck started immediately and had no further problems getting back. I did have my phone calling roadside assistance, but they hadn't answered in the time it took to get a jump, so I hung up and drove. The truck was not left with headlights or radio on at any time.

VERNON DMy wife and I were all but harassed on the phone because I didn't have the truck back at 7:30am. Our paperwork said we were good to use it until 10:00am.
EVAN WSince I picked up the truck on a Sunday, there was no agent available. Everything had to be done over the phone and it was a complete disaster - took 2 hours to get the key. If it wasn't for a very patient customer service rep, I would have cancelled the whole thing.

Kim JWe dropped the truck off on Labor Day, so the business was closed. Being able to do the drop off via the phone was wonderful. It was easy to follow the instructions and take care of it without the business being open.
KWIN AThe staff at this location was wonderful but it would have been nice if the equipment was at our requested pickup location, having to go two hours out of the way to pick up the truck was less than ideal. AC in truck would freeze up and not work, working AC is nice to have on a 100 degree day.
Dylan BWhen I arrived on Monday 2 days before the equipment was to be turned in, I asked them if they could please remove the tow dolly, and returned it, and she said would remove it from my inventory. I was late turning in the truck and was charged a late fee for the tow dolly that was turned in 2 days prior stressing my already stressed budget, so was charged late fees for truck and tow dolly. Not so cool.
Jerrolyn JI had reserved 2 furniture dolly, only one was available at the pickup location. I had confirmed the order 3 times before the pickup day based on the reputation of Wyoming U-Haul. I had to drive ~100 miles in my personal car to Casper to get the second dolly while my piano moving crew (2@$100/hour) waited! Unacceptable U-Haul!

kathy gThe system for Uhaul was absolutely terrible. The poor clerk could not get the system to corporate. She had to call another agent to work on it. I was there well over an hour.. rediculous. Very poor for Ihaul to have such a difficult computer system. Does not help your customers to come back.
