The truck itself was horrible it needed an alignment, brakes were bad and I didn’t feel safe driving it
Jeanetta WGet the truck repaired at least, theres a huge chunk of the top corner gone that’s barely patched up. Trucks are normally dirty on the outside but it got my things dirty & wet too. Also there was no specific “office” or place to go when you got there or where to drop the keys (other then in the box, but it was quite hidden). I also called during “business hours” but it went to the shop there and they said they didn’t do U-Haul and the guy wasn’t there. But everyone was very nice & helpful.
