The equipment wasn't clean or maintained. I would strongly recommend Uhaul NOT doing business with those small location sites. Customer service was awful and was by phone only. The telephone representative overcharged me for insurance coverage, I think she increase the cost of the insurance only because I'm a Muslim. I did not agree to the HIGH cost of the insurance, but still it was debited from my card. I wish Uhaul would investigate this issue and chargeback to my card a fair amount$. Yusuf Al-Salaam Reduce your unfair HIGH Prices!

Easy drop off know issues or problems

My reservation was changed by system and furniture dolly wasn’t available. I had to call then visit two other locations to get a utility dolly. Boulder rep was good but didn’t have any dollys

The staff was good. However, the truck was very dirty on the inside and smelled very bad. There was a lot of trash inside the truck. There was even a bottle of urine inside. The truck also was not well maintained. Would not recommend this location to anyone.

We rented furniture covers but they were not available at this location. We had to waste moving day time going to another location to pick them up. Then, we were charged per day. Your policy states that the items reserved will be guaranteed and available.

The location was much better the main location for U-Haul in Greensboro. Wheel’d had me up and going in an efficient manner.

We picked up a trailer and it had issues, sounded like the wheeled were going to fall off. When we took it back, it took an hour and a half to get a replacement. The replacement did not have the ramp like the original one and we were not able to do the move the day we planned
