Was unhappy about paying extra expenses add for returning the truck to a closer location to my house and gas that I filled to where it was when it was picked up four gallons short... Was told I could drop it off any place close to where I lived.
robert aI was a little irritated that I received a text from U-Haul to possibly pull a dolly/ trailer to the drop off location. when I took time out of my day to set this up. Texting, calling speaking with someone going through while conversation only to Hang up the phone and then receiving a text not 5 minutes later that the offer was no longer valid. Huge waste of my time as well as getting my hopes up of a possible discount for helping you out. If you're going to offer this as a service you should not pull it out from under the people trying to help you!

DEBI Ptires low, DOT 3 brake fluid low, rep could not find computer reservation. Had to spend extra time to get trailer safe to transport car.
Edward ZThe trailer was a little beat up but everything worked. Wasn't a horrible experience but would probably not rent from "wheels and deals" if I have a choice. Looks like they live upstairs. I walked into the "Lobby/Office" and the stench almost made me leave. Pretty filthy to say the least. Was able to make it work. I was assisted with hooking up, will give them credit there. Return was easy.

BARBARA GMy truck was dirty. Half of my furniture pads was also not clean. My appliance dolly straps had mud on it. There was sand and leaves in the back of truck. The floor Matt's was also muddy. There was people living in the place of business s young girl walked down stairs came through the office door in her pajamas and house slippers to take the dog out which pooped in front of the building and they didn't clean it up. The lady couldn't figure out the problem with my reservation she had to call customer service to help. Took me over an hour to get my truck.

Anthony BThe check in by phone wasn’t working ,wouldn’t let me take pics and kept running around in circles. If it hadn’t been store help I wouldn’t have gotten to pick up my truck . Whenever I’d take a pic it would send me back to the log in page . Tried for about 30 minutes with no success . And the same on the return . I finally went home and called in to tell you the truck was returned properly but the online check in wasn’t working.
KENNETH WWe were promised blankets & Cart and we didn’t get them , I had to go purchase a cart !!!!
Michael HI swept the truck out and folded all the blankets but did not get my $25 credit back- I didn’t like that. The guy at wheels and Deals was really nice and helpful.
