nik kAfter speaking with someone from U-Haul the day before my scheduled pickup, location of pickup was changed and the lady was very rude. Go to pick up truck early morning the next day and somehow i was now not scheduled for 24 hour pickup. After given instructions on a timeframe to pickup to make sure I got it. Took almost 1hour and 45 minutes to get the truck! And then it only had 1/4 a tank of gas! Spoke with several different people to try and get this situated.

TEMPTRESS WThe driver side mirror was loose and did not give a good view of rear of truck, the passenger side headlight was out, no ramp provided.

Gary OSand left over from prior renter, we were asked to clean vehicle again. Apparently gas was listed at 1/2 tank at start of rental but couldn’t verify was only about 3/8 of tank due to unavailability of app. Was then charged additional refueling despite the fact that we had already gassed up to level it was when we picked it up, which again was about 3/8 of a tank. Should not have been charged for this.
Wendy CGave me information when the van was returned. After two days that was authorized by myself, all other days should be responsibility of Danielle Targett. I didn’t know the van had never been returned. Please help me. I’m a victim just as like Uhaul!

CHELSEY RThe location is wasn’t the problem. The problem is UHaul confirmed a truck for us with pick-up at 9am. When we arrived, the truck wasn’t even there. The last customer of the truck kept it 5 days later than his reservation & hadnt returned it yet. We waited for an hour (causing us to reschedule the movers we had hired) and as we were waiting, someone from corporate called and tried to cancel our reservation while we were at the pick up site. Once the truck arrived, the computer wouldn’t allow the pick-up location to enter our info in because corporate had tried to cancel us. It took an extra 90 minutes to get a vehicle- which completely screwed up the hired help we had for the day on both ends of our move. It was a horrible experience!!
kenny wIf they change the dealer, instead of that old crown that works there. She is a snobby snobby woman and she acts like she knows everything when she doesn't. I've had two or three times to have to deal with that woman, because that's the only local place in my town. She's one of the local money bags, so she thinks she's better then everybody, and you owe her something. Never will I recommend whippoorwill antique store to anyone!!!!

Josh PVery unhappy with drop off location. It was over 20 miles away from the location that I was moving. Moved to Terre Haute In and there was a large U-Haul location less than a mile from where I moved but the app sent me to Illinois to drop off 28 minutes a way. The location had no lights, was a gravel parking lot with only 2 other U-Haul in the lot. Very hard to find at night in the dark. Also by having to drive an extra 28 minutes from my location I went over my allotted miles and had to pay extra. Words do not describe how disappointed I am with this experience

roy hI was lead to believe that the 6x12 enclosed utility trailer had floor mounted tie-downs that would support a full size HD motorcycle, upon arrival and trailer inspection there were no frame/floor tie-downs and ended up having to rent an open utility trailer since I did not want my bike or your equipment damage with inadequate tie-down loops on the side being utilized.
Bill DHave trucks in the town where we live. Have the size truck we reserved. Allow enough miles to maje the trip.

Roxanna WYou need to add jacks to your trailers. There is no way 1 person can hook up to these trailers. It’s a joke. 2nd time I have rented a trailer with no jack and it will be the last.

Kurt ODidn’t like driving 30 miles to get trailer when there was a U-Haul 1/2 mile from my house but they had no trailers or trucks. Gave me a extra day but didn’t need it
ted vNeed to hire some younger people to work this location. I should not be told that I have to detail the rear of the box truck in order to not be charged.
