Business is not clearly marked as a UHaul location. Street was closed, had to circle around back then wandered around the property till I found someone. Told him I'm returning a trailer, he seemed confused and told me to take it to UHaul. I emphatically and assertively told him I was not going to do that and where do I drop it. He was just about to tell me the same thing, when I interrupted and told him, again, I'm dropping the trailer, you need to tell me where it goes as I'm not taking it to UHaul, because they said to drop it here. He directed me to his "brother", I explained I was returning a trailer, he said "Ok". Then there was the hassle of getting turned around on a dead end street that was closed as well as navigating through a partially opened gate. Terrible experience. UHaul should have advised them under no uncertain terms the trailer was coming to them because they had no clue, nor did they want it. I was just about to drop and leave the trailer in the street, call UHaul tell them to come get it. Very frustrating, irritating and a huge hassle. I hope I never have to return nor rent from this location.

Location was not clearly marked and hard to find, all the entrances were gated and locked. The business is in a location that looks unsafe.
POE LTurned in the trailer mon at 7 but receipt says Tues at 630. What a joke. Was told to unhook and leave in their dump lot and that he would check it in after helping a sales customer
