The agent tried. UHaul software for the agents is horrible. It took over 1 1/2 hours to pick up the trailer here due to software would only let the trailer be returned to Bentonville, AR and not Blackwell, OK. The UHaul app showed the return to be at Bentonville, and the agent's computer said Blackwell, OK was not an option. I kept suggested that I get on my ipad and cancel order and redo from there. Finally he agreed. After doing my app showed return at Blackwell, OK but his computer still showed Bentonville. He said to call into UHaul before I return the trailer. Then I asked about the blankets and he said they have no blankets at this site. I asked for proof from him that showing he has no blankets and he said again just to call into UHaul and tell them about no blankets. Why doesn't the software know where there is and is not blankets to rent. He show have seen the blankets listed on the "order" and said something. I also called my insurance agent and he said my policy covers the rental trailer, yet their was no option for my policy number, and only allowed me to let you put the cost of possible damages directly onto my credit card or pay the $25 or more for your insurance. How in the future can I avoid these 2 options and use my own full coverage insurance? In fact, my insurance agent said my policy would be primary and UHaul's insurance would be the secondary.

SHAWN BOffer a little bit of help getting unhooked. Then the counter person did not acknowledge I had left trailer was returned.

Alyjandra GCustomer services in Arkansas was a great person, so it's not totally her fault, but she changed my drop off location and caused me to have to drive across town from what was planned.

MICHAEL FThis is a convenience store and the gentleman that worked there was having lots of issues with his wifi connection and even had to use my phone for part of the process. It took much longer than expected and I he had to reenter a ton of information that I had already provided when I made the reservation online. I had also requested 12 moving pads and they were not there. So I had to drive to a U-Haul center that was not that far away to get the pads. I don't know why it didn't just take me there to begin with to pick the truck up. Not a good experience at all. On the other hand, the lady at the U-Haul center was extremely helpful and nice.

Dominick ZOn the pickup, there was a technical issue that delayed the pickup. On the return, the owner was more than apologetic and I would rent from here again based upon his willingness to at least apologize for the mishap.
