Last truck I rented from another place didnt have that nor stickers explaining how to turn off pulling extra load. Cost me alot of money in gas. Great recommendation for U Haul. When vehicles are returned with gas levels above what they started out with consider refunding some of that. Thank You

PAUL KWrite down your mileage before you leave the office, I got to my destination and was charged nearly $9,000 because the person that rented me the truck didn't write down the correct mileage

Shawn SWhen I picked up the truck I was told to refill the gas to the full position which I did ( 10 gallons). Th problem was that I only went 40 miles. I told the receiving clerk that and he told me I overfilled the tank. He tried to explain to me what I had done wrong and became agitated when I told him I had been filling gas tanks for sixty years and had never been told I was doing it wrong. When I picked the truck up the indicator showed that the tank was below full by a bit, I just assumed that was normal. After reviewing things the attendant gave me $15 credit. I googled the mileage for the truck and it says between 10-12 miles per gallon so I should have been credited for 6 gallons of gas not 4. Not sure how this happened but it should of been handled better. I can email you the receipt for gas if you would like, I did so it to the attendant. Not sure why
Douglas GI dropped it off the next morning they were not open until 10am. We had a job interview at 10 am. So dropped off the trailer like I have the last two times in a month. Then received a message from them that I was charged $7.42 for wrong drop off location. Even though I was told by the pickup location of they are a uhaul rental site it was okay. This was the first time I got charged like this. I was bad enough I had to pickup the trailer 1 1/2 hours from my house just to get it so we could load to leave. Went out of my way big time to get the trailer then get charged because the other drop place was over 1/2 hours from me.

STEVEN FI had the worst experience with U-Haul ever. For the reasons why 1) I had set my reservation over a week and a half ago and when I went with the flexibility of where I could pick it up because it was over a $200 discount. The place where I went to go pick up the equipment that I rented they didn't have 2) The owner of this place who does this U-Haul rental in White pigeon was very rude. Said he did not have a reservation for me then went to rent me equipment that he did have and it did not match up with what I was quoting online. I was to pay $741 for A 15-ft truck, a utility dolly and a vehicle dolly. What I told him what I was quoted online. He said that he didn't know what I was talking about and that's not what it was going to cost. I ended up paying $ 697 for the 20-ft truck another $87 for a furniture dolly because they didn't have the utility dolly and then I had to pay $100 deposit because I paid in cash and the vehicle dolly was $321 and that's not including what they charged me an insurance. I paid for the best tier insurance for the truck. The utility dolly and the vehicle dolly and I always do whenever I take any kind of long trips to cover myself. That wasn't what I got. On the day in which I paid for everything. I took The truck but I did not take the vehicle doll he is. I needed to load my things first. I told them I would be back the next day pick up the vehicle dolly when I was on my way heading to Georgia. I had asked if I could get help with having my van loaded onto the vehicle Dolly because I had never done this before and my husband in the past had always done this whenever we needed to tow our U-Haul. The woman behind the desk said yes that only a licensed professional could do that because U-Haul would be liable. The guy was so rude when I came back. I had my daughter and my best friend with me and they can attest to this that when the guy got into the truck to hook up the vehicle dolly he went around his parking lot and when he came back he slammed on the brakes so hard that everything that I had loaded had shifted. I was not only carrying everything that I owned but my husband was also in the back end of my truck because he had passed away and I had him cremated. I did not realize until I got to Georgia that they had broke one of my lamps and my the box that was holding my husband had flipped over and my husband's ashes were outside his urn and all over the box. I would never recommend these people for anything.

Alex RUnit was clean, but I would be embarrassed to rent this unit to anyone. Driver side door seal leaks, massive, exhaust, gas, leak into the cab, drivers window leaks. Large model, wind, noise, when driving truck, steering seems extremely loose. Radio resets every time you turn the key off. interior lights in the box on one of them works. None of these defects take away from the fact that if you want excellent service, use White Pigeon storage

Andrew CThe site owner was helpful but had to correct U-Haul’s mistake. I ordered a one way truck but U-Haul reserved a local truck. Which caused my credit card to be double charged. I am currently waiting for my card to be reimbursed. U-Haul’s app did not work for picking up the truck before business hours.
