MICAH DPeople--Great. We stopped soon after local loading to check load inside trailer for shifting or chafing. Cargo was two chairs loaded in front end of trailer. At stop I noticed broken steel belt wires protruding through right side tire where tread should have been. This was clearly an unsafe tire, well past zero tread. We took state and county roads at extra low speeds, adding hours to our one-way interstate trip, and limped slowly along. Unless this tire is replaced, the next renter will almost certainly experience a blowout. We have more furniture to move from White Pigeon area to Central Illinois. Your local rental fleet is generally well maintained, but not this one for one-way rental.

Mark CKim is so helpful through out this whole process. Highly recommend. Very happy there was indicator light for pulling vehicle. Last truck I rented from another place didnt have that nor stickers explaining how to turn off pulling extra load. Cost me alot of money in gas. Great recommendation for U Haul. When vehicles are returned with gas levels above what they started out with consider refunding some of that. Thank You

PAUL KWrite down your mileage before you leave the office, I got to my destination and was charged nearly $9,000 because the person that rented me the truck didn't write down the correct mileage

Shawn SWhen I picked up the truck I was told to refill the gas to the full position which I did ( 10 gallons). Th problem was that I only went 40 miles. I told the receiving clerk that and he told me I overfilled the tank. He tried to explain to me what I had done wrong and became agitated when I told him I had been filling gas tanks for sixty years and had never been told I was doing it wrong. When I picked the truck up the indicator showed that the tank was below full by a bit, I just assumed that was normal. After reviewing things the attendant gave me $15 credit. I googled the mileage for the truck and it says between 10-12 miles per gallon so I should have been credited for 6 gallons of gas not 4. Not sure how this happened but it should of been handled better. I can email you the receipt for gas if you would like, I did so it to the attendant. Not sure why
Douglas GI dropped it off the next morning they were not open until 10am. We had a job interview at 10 am. So dropped off the trailer like I have the last two times in a month. Then received a message from them that I was charged $7.42 for wrong drop off location. Even though I was told by the pickup location of they are a uhaul rental site it was okay. This was the first time I got charged like this. I was bad enough I had to pickup the trailer 1 1/2 hours from my house just to get it so we could load to leave. Went out of my way big time to get the trailer then get charged because the other drop place was over 1/2 hours from me.
Alan II was not present, but the transaction on the phone and with my brother there in person was a good experience. Thank you for your help.
