Better app. Got over charged when I would not be because I was having issues with app so basically was lied to
Steven SThe app that came to my phone required me to take photos of the truck - but it was almost impossible with the parked location. The staff at the location are better than U-Haul overall.
TIMOTHY KDon’t allow a rental agreement to be made unless the equipment being rented is truly available. I rented a car hauler trailer but was told less then 24 hours before the rental that I couldn’t get it. I had to rent a truck AND a car hauler as a result. What should have been a $550 rental turned into a $1450 rental! Very poor business practice to say the least. The site I picked it up at however was done and the staff were good.

After several reservation changes and finally canceling the original and manually entering a new one we got it worked out. Website needs serious work. Used to be able to rent and return anywhere! Not anymore huh?
