Mark AI had a reservation for a Toy Hauler. Corporate called and told him to rent to another customer instead. He stood up to corporate and said he would honor my reservation as I was first. That's the kind of location I will always rent from. Shame on Corporate for not honoring reservations.

WILLIAM SMy son and I traveled 7 hours to pick up a motorcycle and rented a motorcycle trailer. This was the only available one in the area. I forgot to bring electrical trailer adapter which prevented me from taking the trailer. A minor inconvenience at worst but with the long drive ahead of us I didn’t want to spend the time driving around town to buy another one. They gave me one of their personal ones.

Steve PThe owner, Whitt, was acutely stupendous. He even informed me that if I changed certain things, that I would save money for the exact same product. He was amazing. Very friendly and personable. He also made me feel that I was actually important and very tentative, unlike any other uhaul I have been to that just try to get you checked out and out of the store as fast as they could. I highly recommend this location. I know where I will be renting from, from here on out. I have already recommended Whitt and this location to everyone I know and on my Facebook. ESTILL RI rented a 15’ box truck. The truck was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and informative. I would recommend Whitt’s to anyone in the area.

Andrew VBuddy at Whitt Automotive is a pleasure to do business with and a solid mechanic as well. I had my car serviced after renting the trailer because I liked my previous experience with him. Expect a knowledgeable man with the U-Haul rental process when renting from him. I do plan on renting from this business in the future in case I need to move a motorcycle again as well as any mechanic services for my car. Thanks Buddy for great service!!

STEVEN RTruck seemed to have transmission problems. It would only go up to 40. Also, I originally ordered a truck that was just down the street from where I needed it. On the day I rented it, there was no record of a rental. Instead, I was to go 15 miles away - to South Daytona- and pick up a truck. That would've added almost 30 miles/$18-$20 to the rental. Please consider where your clients live before sending them far away. What should have taken 10 minutes to pick up a truck ended up taking an hour.

Nelson H35 minutes late to open. 22 minutes to check in. Attitude of staff unfriendly and unwelcoming.
DARYL HBusiness hours say open at 0800. Called customer service and they called the manager. He showed up at 0835 with an attitude. No place to park truck and trailer without blocking the gate or being in violation of Florida Statute (30’ from a stop sign). Took 22 minutes to check in. Waiting for a call from the area manager. Will never use this location again.

kevin mOn my trip to Florida, I tried to call 4 Times to update the pickup location of travel delays to adjust my pick up time. The phone was not answered at any time. As a result, my pickup time and contract had to be altered and it cost additional money at other issues.
Gary BYet again, U-haul moved my pickup location to a facility further away. I don't understand how a logistics company seems to be clueless as to how to meet a customer's needs. It should be your responsibility to get the truck I ordered to where I want it, not that the customer has to be inconvenienced.
Brian BI was sent to 3 different locations to my truck. It took over an hour to find a truck. One of the worst experiences ever.
