Location was convenient and easy to get to. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is this location does not have packing supplies, just trucks and trailers. The store owner is very friendly and helpful.
NANCY SI, and I'm sure the entire Elgin area, is extremely excited that U-HAUL Now has a reliable, customer service oriented presence in Elgin! The app was glitchy and took several attempts to use both check out and return however, that is not the location's issue, that is more of a U-Haul corporat issue in my opinion and I would still return to this location over and over if it did not change. Please insure they have plenty of 15 and 20 footers as this location will soon become a major hub.
