The person in charge was a little testy when asked a couple of questions. I completed the reservation 'on line' and entered all of my information-however, I had to give them the same information again. I asked about the process and she stated 'that is just the way UHAUL makes us do it". My statement in response was " I guess I just waisted my time..." As the redundant reservation process continued, I was asked about my credit card on file and if I wanted to use it. I really wanted to use a check, but she stated if I used a check I would have to pay a deposit. With that I was a little confused and asked what the deposit was. Her response - with a great deal of attitude was "since you refused the insurance, the deposit was just incase you damaged the trailer and you have to pay UHAUL immediately the $6000 for the trailer". I used my credit card and completed the rental. I sure wish I would have taken the time just to 'call the whole thing off', and go some where else for the trailer. Sure was tooooo early in the morning for that much attitude. Thanks ....lol

Had reservation for the 1 (yes, one) furniture dolly they had. Didn’t have it when I got there. Told me to get one at Parrish’s (where I’ll go for everything from now on). Trailer had dust/dirt inside. Person who helped me was not strong enough to attach the trailer so I had to help, hurting my finger. Trailers also parked in grass/dirt. Not recommended.

Wildwood Garden Center does a great job managing their U Haul equipment. Staff was very nice and quick.

Apparently, the miles were not correct whenever we rented it and we did let them know that we were traveling from Alabama all the way to Beaumont tx Now I have to pay $350

I returned the truck cleaner than I got it. I do not care for the lady who manages the U-Haul business at Wilson Landscape as she has no integrity. I had the vehicle rented for 8:30 am on 12-26-24. She did not show up until 9:15am. Because of the lady, I definitely would not recommend this location, nor will I use it again.

I am so sorry I don't remember the lady that helped us' name, but she was AMAZING! She went above and beyond to help us! She called back when she said she will, she stayed over hours just to help us! Extremely helpful!

Location was closed upon arrival, sat on hold for 45 mins to figure out how to enter the facility. After speaking with 3 different agents we were told the gate was dummy locked and we should take it down and drive in. This made us very uncomfortable. Having these instructions at pickup would have saved us lots of time and headache. This location should not be utilized for after hours drop off.

Make sure trucks mechanics are up to date and nothing wrong with them. Wasn’t great being out 3 hours behind because our truck broke down on us due to needing a whole new battery.

The trailer fell off the hitch as soon as I pulled out on to a very busy highway. The hitch was on the ground as well as one chain - the trailer was only connected by one chain. I was able to pull over to the side and reconnect it. I immediately drove back to the store to tell the young lady who had connected the trailer what had happened, but she had left the premises. I informed another lady about what had happened and her comment was "well, we all make mistakes". When I returned the trailer I found the young lady who had connected it earlier and asked if she had any training on how to properly connect a trailer. She said she had not, and asked if I could show her. I showed he how to screw down the hitch and connect the chains correctly (she had them on upside down). This is very troubling to me as there could have been a serious traffic accident if the trailer had come completely loose or if was not able to drag the trailer off of the highway.

I originally booked my reservation for pickup at another place. When I got there, I was told they didn’t have my reservation. I was then sent to another uhaul that wasn’t even open. Finally the correct place called to check on my reservation and gave me the proper address. I was given a truck for an out of town move without any gas hardly. I would like someone to discuss this matter with.
