The first rep was very helpful to go help unload the trailer. He told me the other rep would help me check in. The second rep did not acknowledge me at all. He just sat and was on his computer and phone. A third rep came in and ask what I needed, then said I was good and could go. I showed the 3rd rep my receipt and asked if he could check if that was the correct price I was being charged. He said, if that's what they quoted you, that's what you will be charged. I asked him to please check because I did not trust where I picked up the trailer because he kept talking about extra charges. 3rd guy said I will be charged the price on the paper work. I have canceled my credit card until the charges have been confirmed. I will then go in and make sure you are pay the price I was properly quoted.
