The person taking the rental back was great. The Uhaul tracker was incorrectly measuring the fuel and wanting to charge me $40 so he had to call to get that fixed. Apparently, we have to wait until Monday for this to happen but it isn't this guys fault.
DYANN DLately they had 20 ft or 26 ft annd now have a 15 ft truck for rio vista only thing are getting better
EDWARD MThe facility in on a major Hwy. If you don't see the sign in time, you will miss the driveway. Luckily I saw the street sign which was very small and we quickly crossed over into the lot without putting on the blinker. It was rush hour. The gentleman who helped us drop the trailer was very helpful and patient while my husband backed it into the spot they wanted it in. It was very quick to check in since everything was put into the system before we left the pickup location.

GINA HMaybe not lie to me about my deposit and trying to blame it on my bank. I owed a whole $0.21 and had to talk to Uhaul customer service to figure out how to complete my rental return. This should have been a simple return, but like always it was a nightmare. I feel like whoever I return to ALWAYS tries to keep my deposit. I always fill with gas and sweep out back of truck. They say they don't take a deposit, but clearly they do EVERY TIME from me.

KRISTINA RWe rented the trailer on Friday November 29 and did a one-way trip to Las Vegas. The trailer was delivered to the Las Vegas location by 9:00 PM on Saturday, November 30. We were charge for a 4 day rental even though we explained the trailer would be delivered the next day. We called U-Haul on Sunday, December 1 to see if U-Haul would prorate the charge since the trailer was returned a day and a half after pickup. The representative said we need to speak with the manager and we should call back on Monday December 2. It does. It seem reasonable to charge a four day rental when the trailer was used for a day and a half.

VICTORIA RMaintain the hospitality from owner's genuine down to earth rapport to the efficient, accommodating supervisor who is always a good listener to the client's request, needs, even when the renter is unsure of the length of rental time being requested and the supervisor clarifies the rental process so it makes sense to the customer, who is unclear of their rental van specific needs may be. Like other UHaul customers, we are oversheduled or unsure what capacity one' moving project will require, it is always appreciated William's UHaul Service has always been accommodating, That is why I appreciate their business.
Georgia DJust need bigger trucks ten foot trucks are a waste of time no room
EDWARD MWe arranged with UHaul to pick up our rental at 12:15PM. When we arrived no one was there. The manager arrived 1 hour and twenty minutes late. This is unacceptable! Once the manager arrived everything went very well. His service was excellent, the truck was excellent. We were on a tight schedule . Five people were waiting on us. The UHaul people on the phone had us waiting the entire time without any communication. We contacted the manager at his home and he came to our assistance. UHaul telephone assistance is non existent.
JUDY CIt would help if there was a UHAUL signs that you can see from the HWY 12 but other than that it was a quick and seamless process. With time and experience things moved along much quicker than my first time there when they just acquired the UHAUL business.
Uchenna OThe worst possible experience!!!! We were sent to Sacramento to get our truck but when we got there, they gave us a bigger truck and changed my order without my approval. The U-Haul staff did not have an explanation and tried to blame it on me. Finally they found one in Rio Vista about 50-60 miles away. We drove for one hour to pick up our truck in the middle of nowhere and one hour back. We were sent to another place to get our tow dolly in Dixon. Izzy at Cruise America did not want to help me attach the tow dolly. It was 100 degrees outside and he said he could not help me. After trying to attach it, I was almost going to faint in the heat. I face up and canceled our tow dolly. As a result we could not finish our packing. I wasted two hours at the Cruise America and anirter 3 hours driving to find another truck. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had.

EDWARD MThe turn with the incoming traffic from Hwy 12 is scarry. Even though I live in Rio Vista, I didn't realize a left turn into the business can be dangerous. Please remind the person renting of the cross traffic.
LORI TI also unload and load uhaul truck people from trilogy. Have been getting sent to antioch or Fairfield when they could drop the truck at Williams uhaul in rio vista and thanks to whom ever got a few trucks at willams UhAul to rent finally trilogy is a gold mine for uhaul if you keep the trucks stocked

Kenneth WHello, I called as well as ordered my uHaul online. I chose NOT to get insurance, as I was only moving 1 mile away. I checked out and was charged for insurance -- this was double the amount I would've paid. I was not handed a receipt and didn't realize the breakdown until I was walking out - at this point, the transaction went through and I had much to do with moving. I will NEVER go back here nor will I ever refer anyone. VERY unhappy and disappointed ... not to mention, shady charging someone insurance when it was clear I didn't want nor need it.
Rachel RGet the info correct on your website for this location. This location is actually opened from 8am - 5pm, not 10am -2pm. Also make the website more user friendly.
