CHAD Crented a van and a single car hauler trailer. everything was o.k. other than drivers' side rear tire of trailer was about flat. other than that, everything was good.

Remington RThis was not the location that I was supposed to pick up from, so not necessarily their fault. I got a call from UHaul corp telling me that they didn't have equipment where I was supposed to pick it up, so I had to drive an hour out of my way and pay for additional fuel to pick up the truck 2 hours from where I was supposed to get it. That is over $100 in fuel. I was not happy that UHaul didn't compensate me with anything other than additional miles, which was UHauls fault anyway. The pickup location was fine. By appointment only, but Uhaul corp had told them I wouldn't be there until 5:30 and when I got in at 3:30 I had to wait. Also, the moving blankets were stained and didn't seem clean. That was very annoying.

conner cThe lady was super nice sadly did not have the equipment to handle the trailer properly. That's more on u haul tho not the business. She had to use her own equipment to disconnect the trailer.

Marla INothing at all wrong with the location. However I was not provided enough miles for the destination. Terrible service that I was unable to explain my situation to the employee at the pickup location. Further, at the drop off location I was told someone was there, but they were not. No way to return rental equipment, no one to speak with. I will never use u-haul again. The wait on hold with customer service is terrible. You are never able to speak to someone local. The rental process for u-boxes is AWFUL!

Franie WVery friendly and professional. A bit pricier than I expected, but isn't the owners fault, but Uhauls. Yet, we were able to get the trailer on short notice, so that makes up for the price. Highly recommend and will use again if we need to.
