Since this location is not open on a Sunday and they knew I needed to return my rental on that day because I was done with my job, they said I would return it at a different location, but none specified, I did and a location was open and told me to drop it off where you rented it, so I made sure I was on camera dropping the trailer off before my deadline though no one there. If no one going to be at that business, they must make it clear on what should the customer needs to do.

ATV trailer ramps are not adjustable and are too wide. Was able to load the UTV with difficulty. Had to back the trailer against in a vacant lot to unload the UTV. Recommend modifying the trailer to enable a lateral adjustment of the ramps to accommodate all ATVs.
