CARLOS GThe first truck that I got the transmission was slipping. I noticed something wrong as soon as I pulled off. I called the gentleman right away and explained the truck was making a loud sound. At first he told me that is normal but when i told him that truck was not getting much power, he said pull around. I pulled around and he tested the truck. He stated it was the transmission and gave me a new truck. He was pollite and very helpful.

Pedro AWhen I made the reservation, I asked for a pickup in canyon country, not sylmar, which was 35 minutes away. I needed a hitch, and Willy’s is a bike shop and would not have a hitch requiring another stop (where the uhaul location would have had the hitch.). Again, Willy’s is a great place, very friendly, but it was not what I asked for.

Jorge Swhen I was finished loading the truck, it wouldn’t start. The battery was dead. I was still at my old house and my car was there with jumper cables. I used that to jump the truck. The transmission light was on the whole time and it felt like the vehicle was going to shut off any minute. The suspension on the truck was terrible. Every little bump made the truck pull from left to right. The passengers mirror was crack 3 ways vertically. It was very difficult to determine what was on my right hand side. This was the worst move ever due to the quality of the vehicle. I think it is insane that I paid so much money for heap of junk.

Victoria KHave an easier and quicker after hours contact number and ensure the self return process doesn’t have any issues, which it did. It took me 40 minutes to return, because an “error” happened after step 5 and the customer service line was 30+ minutes. Not a very safe area to have to linger around in. The back parking lot had several groups hanging around drinking alcohol.

Werner GExtremely hard to find. Extremely tight parking lot for driving a trailer or a large vehicle. No clear signs to where the drop off is. Location wasn’t open at 11am on a Thursday.
