My husband and I were extremely impressed with U-Haul. We have been customers numerous times through our our lives, but this experience was so different than the rest. 1st off we had a heck of a time finding the location because it was actually inside an Ashley Furniture store but the description on u-haul website didn't mention that and there were no signs at the location. Since we took a Lyft to the location our Lyft driver left and we were confused about where we should go or what we should do. I called the uhaul location and it took us to another uhaul place in a different state and no one answered there. So I called the 1800GOUHAUL and spoke with a representative who worked hard to get me to someone who could help. Well she did just that! The District Manager, Dom personally called me and worked things out with me, helped me find the location and for all the trouble and or headache with this whole ordeal he made sure he took care of us. It wasn't about the money saved or used it was that he treated us with such respect and kindness and I'm sorry you just don't see that anymore even when people are managers. People lack empathy anymore. Not Dom, he has plenty!!! He literally helped book everything and went way above and beyond to make sure we were more than happy with the results. Thank you so much! As far as Ashley Furniture the ladies were kind and walked us back to where we needed to go even though we weren't there to buy any furniture. We appreciate them as well! Kudos all around!!!
