Disappointed in the amount of time it took to pick up the Trailer given we had already made the reservation online. Also confused as to how two (2) dollies were added to the order, because I have my order /Reservation (made online) and they were not on there. In addition, we were told they were removed. However, after return of the trailer we were contacted by Knoxville location for a charge of missing equipment. Furthermore, after reviewing all 7 receipts - I noticed we were also charged for insurance that I declined. So actually we paid $64+ over what were should have been charged. When were were physically at the location they were unable to print a receipt or any paperwork. I would reccomend / / everyone goes through a learning curve and I trust that this location will refund us the money that is owed for the incorrect services/confusion.

Tiffoni HThe front area of the truck was clean and smelled decent. The cargo area did not appear to be cleaned out, as there was a condom wrapper on the floor. I found this to be quite disgusting and did not dispose of it due to safety and sanitary concerns.
