Absolute worse experience. At pick up gas gauge is miss marked, broken license plate light not recorded, and various other marks on vehicle. The attendant could not "access the system", but she stated she would notate, and that we needed to upload all this in the pick up portal, and we did video and pictures. When on way back to return the Uhaul, we were asked to return to a different Uhaul location, and we would be given a 20 mile credit as a thank you. Ok no big deal, we did that, or at least tried to. No one was at the new drop off location, no one could be reached, the doors locked, so we call u-haul after the new location numbers aren't ringing anyone. We were told by uhaul phone customer service agent to stay as the attendant is helping in the storage area, but would be out soon. So we wait for over 45 minutes longer, then called back uhaul, to see what to do, and we were be told to go to original drop off site but the 20 mile credit would still be on due to uhaul representative not being there, and us definitely trying to. We go to the other drop off location, the original reservation one, and wouldn't ya know, there is no credit for 20 miles, and because the women in morning couldn't access her computer we got charged more money for fuel. Uhaul cant do anything but fill out customer complaint and we are to get a call in the next 72 hours. This is freaking ridiculous!!

STEVEN NThe app did not work for me and it was frustrating to have been switched to a location and the app when I wanted to check in in person. Thank goodness the staff at Wilson Parts were so helpful.
NOA KThe address was misleading to us all the way through town, but called UHAUL and they were very accommodating and helped find the location drop off. Definitely recommend 👍👍
