Business didn't open until 9am. U-Haul changed my pickup location even though my reservation was at another location. Business only had one employee at the Business. Employee couldn't find Ripleys Rental for drop-off in the system. Was going to make me go to another state to drop off the tow dolly. The place looked more like a junk yard than a U-Haul rental place. Junk cars all over.
