U Haul was great No issue with the U haul while moving The only difficulty faced was with the locking system of the storage door Other than that everything was excellent

Reservation was changed to this location by u-haul. Pick up time was confirmed for 8 am. I arrived at 7:30. 8 o'clock comes and no one is at the location. Waited for 15 minutes and no one showed up. Called support and they said the location doesn't open until 9, got put on hold for 45 minutes with no resolution. I specifically set my reservation for as early as time as possible because I had places to be at specific times, and you guys screwed me.

Offered no assistance in return. Said park it there, and never interacted with me. Returned during business hours.

This was just an unstaffed lot. The U haul customer service rep on the phone was excellent.

Nobody was there during normal business hours and there was no indication of business hours on the door. I had to just drop it off. They did send an email receipt later on.

The experience with who I delt with was great! Easy location to find. Equipment was good but the truck was filthy. Ants seen inside the cabin which caused some issues during unloading once I got to my final destination. Overall though with how good Uhaul staff has been I can’t really complain.

I showed up to drop off the equipment, but no one was at the desk or anywhere to be found. Very unprofessional. I ended up returning the equipment using the uhaul app and dropping the key in the drop box. However, I would have preferred to returned it to an actual person.

Nobody there to receive truck. Found an employee in the body shop that said if i was dropping it off, i could just leave the key with him Not what i think U-Haul would like for an experience

Make the app work! U-Haul’s process was extremely difficult because calling always redirects customers to the app, which is obviously offline or completely shut down. I had to revert to the old website to see or check on anything. It was highly frustrating. However both times I called the call center, the employees were very kind, empathetic, knowledgeable, and calming; making the experience enjoyable.

Our drop off was a at a different location. We went when they were supposed to be open so I could discuss the fuel issue but they were closed and no one answered the number provided.

The service was right on time. The office worker had a VERY POSITIVE ATTITUDE. Completed the transaction very quickly. I will always recommend and utilize the uhaul services this location. THANK YOU ALL AGAIN. I’m all moved in & settled. Thank u

The key drop off box was in an unusual location. We thought it would be by the door. After looking around, we noticed it out on a pole near the entrance. The location was closed due to the holiday.

The service was great. They are quick and efficient. The equipment was super clean and well meverything. The staff is friendly and able to answer any questions you have. I enjoy my experience everytime.

Young boy that was working was rude and disrespectful to me. I went there to drop off truck and no one there I drop off truck and kept keys they were suppose to be open on Sunday I called all day no answer went up on Monday not open I called several times. Finally about around 12:00 they called me that was when young boy was rude and when I went the next day rude again. Boy need to respect his elders

The tire on car hauler had less than 20psi in it. I filled it with air and everything worked out.

I arrived on time by no one was around. I called both local number’s listed but no answers. I had to have U-haul call me back. After waiting for 50- minutes someone finally showed up to assist me. Because of the waiting and then the added time to check everything out to me it put me behind schedule.

I reserved my truck for 9am, but didn't get there till 10am. Jon was gracious enough to wait for me, which was greatly appreciated. He was nice as could be, and explained everything I needed to know, as I'd never rented a UHaul before. Great experience, would highly recommend!

The service was excellent. The U-Haul representative came to my aid when I had an issue with using the remote and technology part of the reservation. I am so impressed with U-Haul.

This location does NOT have anyone on-site! The building has trash and cobwebs. It is obviously not used. During hours we arrived to find a note on the door with two phone numbers to call. No one one answered but when we left a message we received a call back. They told us to leave the keys in The Dropbox. They also had lockboxes like the pick up location. These businesses seem sketchy and we don't feel comfortable doing business like this.

Jonathan was great and very accommodating and very helpful. My only problem is with the 1800# with u haul. These problems include long waits on hold. A lot of transfers with dropped calls. My wife and I are very fortunate jonathan was so helpful.
