Nothing needs to improved with Danny at the helm, everting U-Haul does is much better! He is the major reason why I WILL go back in the future. His customer service and sincere desire to serve the customer is exemplary! Thank you for having him there he is excellent! Daniel or Danny was an extremely helpful U-haul rep who went out of his way to make sure my U-Haul experience was the best!!

Radcliffe BI wasted a whole hour this morning as I made a reservation and I get there and they didn’t have the U-Haul I reserved. Thankfully I called the number and they were quick to find me a different place but then it took me 10-15 minutes to open a lock as it was old and hard to open. I didn’t even get offered a discount or anything.
