I wasted a whole hour this morning as I made a reservation and I get there and they didn’t have the U-Haul I reserved. Thankfully I called the number and they were quick to find me a different place but then it took me 10-15 minutes to open a lock as it was old and hard to open. I didn’t even get offered a discount or anything.
