shannon h | Overall ExperienceWell for starters we moved all of our stuff out October 21st 2020 not December 9th 2020 but we rented it from April 2020 to October 2020 we paid our rent on it every month like clockwork but yet we still got emails saying that we have not paid then when we gave them a notice in October 10-day notice matter fact well we still got email saying we didn't pay October November and now they're saying we owe $240 on a unit we no longer have I have receipts canceled checks and a copy of the letter that we gave him in October I would not recommend this place to anyone because of all the headaches and the hassle. In the email that they sent us after I sent them one back saying I don't owe that money and I do not want it to go on my credit report she said that I was no longer in the system well I came back and said will parently we are well she said she has to call software company to get my name removed so if y'all could please remove my name from that list because I hate getting emails at 1:00 in the morning every month.😡😡😡
