U-haul did not have reserved equipment, at no fault of the pick up company. However, this is something the u-haul reps should make sure of before verifying reservation and making me pay for equipment that wasn’t there. I also originally reserved and got the email I had the u-haul for two days however upon pick up, it told me 1 day.

Katherine VThe self service along with the increased fee is definitely a no win situation. Havingvto navigate through a painful check in and return system is not very fun. Not having a person to do the paperwork while not being compensated for my time is not a value!
Thomas TThere is a key dropoff post that I thought the key was in. A little confusing when the key was in the back of truck. Just habit to go to the key area but overall great experience.
