The truck was there and functional. However the truck was dirty and the gas tank was empty.

The truck only had 34 miles until empty when I received it and it didn’t have cruise control. The pain in my foot and shin were immense during the trip.

You can wait until the day before you would pick up the truck to tell them you don’t have a truck when you have made the reservations three weeks prior, this is totally unacceptable.
