I had a flat tire and the service guy was great!
AKIKO SGet lighter aluminum trailers, that car carrier is heavy with nothing on it. Have strapping so that a car being carried can be moved back on the trailer taking some weight off of the towing cars back.

James COne of the four tires on the trailer had only 20 pounds of air pressure. It didn’t look bad until the trailer was loaded. I had to drive about 5 miles to the nearest air with what looked and drove like a flat tire. Once it was aired up, it maintained the air just fine. Tire pressure should be checked before the equipment is rented out.

DANIEL NThe Uhaul company it self need to do better with there reservations. Cause reservation was canceled and I was not notified. Cause the truck was unavailable at the original location so I didn't get truck I was supposed to get. I ended up getting something smaller
SAMUEL TThese people gave me run around, I trying to move myself and my structure, need honest answers, didn't want to let me rent longer, made accusations that I could be sleeping in van, riding all over town for nothing? They had me bring van in early the second rental to be able to see it and extend days on it. Nope, told me it was already reserved abd and to turn it in the next day by 1130. I had drivers rear wheel cover off cause it kept losing 2 to 4 lbs air every other day and couldn't get to valve stem with cover on it so left it off till returned. Both times I returned it, the cab and cargo area were cleaner then I got it the first time. They didn't even bring uhaul closer to there business when rented it, had to walk half way across parking lot to it? Woman lied to me first time telling me it was reserved and when I re reserved, I ended up driving away in same vehicle. I need honesty, not wishy washy transactions, I had/jave no vehicle of my own right now is why I rented? Not through those people again. The male was ok , the female is another story.
Tiffani CThis was the third location I was given before the drop off time which I just moved to area and therfore ended up being charged for an extra day which was unacceptable because by the time I realized there were no people to turn the vehicle into I was late. I will be contacting Uhaul about this.

henry YVery poor customer service! I will say, I picked my U-Haul up about 15 mins late then it took they guy at least 5-7 min to pull me up in the system (already had U-Haul reserved and pre-registered) which wasted more time. I was 36 min late returning and a lady called yelling in the phone about an extra charge because of late return. She couldn’t even hear me say I was right down the road because she was screaming in the phone! I definitely wouldn’t recommend.
Kiana LEmployees did not understand usual phone check in and accused customer of lying to them and attempting to take truck. Truck was verified and checked out via app and uhaul personal would not hand over keys until 20 mins of discussion and explanation of how the app worked and that equipment was already checked out.

Rufus BMake sure your customers are not told that when they return equipment early they will be refunded the money for “extra free miles “. We were told we would not be charged for the extra 100 miles if we didn’t use then. Those charges would be refunded. We will NEVER use U-Haul again because of this

JULIANN DUhaul app still sucks!!!!!! Waisted a 1/2 an hour on app and with Rep (on phone) trying to get my truck. Finally went inside business to pick up and was ready to go in 5 minutes. Sad that the app is worse than it was 2 years ago.

virgil jWe had used the online app and because our time to pick up was suppose to be 12 midnight, it was put in as 13 noon. This location doesn't have anyone available until 10:30 . There was no one there to sign us in. We had to wait until 10:30. Having 12 am and pm instead of noon and midnight would elevate this problem. Other than that our experience was great!
Linda RThe equipment was clean and in good working order. Return was a breeze using the self return option. Only issue I had at all was when I picked up the truck. I did all the pre check in stuff online and when I got there it still took about 40 minutes to check in due to the lady checking me in was on a personal phone call the entire time. Every once in a while she would help me and then go back to her phone call. The guy Neil who worked there was very helpful when calling in for extra days added or when I had a question. Overall I would definitely use them again and recommend to my friends.

Julie YThese were some of the worst place to deal with or pick up a Uhaul. This couple were fraudsters. The mileage out was false; the gas quantity was false; they charged for an insurance I declined. I have reported them to American Express and requested that the charges be contested and request for payment be declined. I’m very sorry. Thank you.
Justice COffer money back when mileage used was far below contract mileage, offer discount for returning truck early and for returning it with more gas in the tank than required.

lorrie jI am so disappointed in the service. I didn't ask for insurance. I reserved the trailer and it said $49.90 plus tax. I called back and changed the time to pickup the trailer. I had to call because it wouldn't let me do it online. I spoke to Amanda to change the time to 12pm instead of 2pm only. I didn't want to add anything else. When I went to pickup the trailer the lady didn't give me and paperwork or have me sign anything. I thought everything was the same. When I returned it they said I didn't need to do anything. Again no paperwork to sign. They said I would get an email. When I got a chance to look at the email they charged me for the insurance I didn't ask for. If they would have given me a paper to sign or a receipt I could have adjusted it right then.

John HCould not gain access to the key because Pad lock wouldn't open. Got the code from customer service and it still did not work. Had to cancel hired mover. Truly an inconvenience.

Jesse MThis was a lot in front of a bunch of stores. Apparently U-Haul is franchised to a chicken wing restaurant that is unmarked. A LOT of confusion. Also, drop off is do it yourself, but my disability also affects hand strength, making it difficult to twist the trailer clasp.

Cameron MI was told first 20 mikes free then after $1.09’a mile and that i took pictures before i left with it and when i return with the mikes and the gas hand after we put gas back in it. But yet was charged for gas and service fee. And was charged for all the mikes now in despute on the charges to bank account would. Refer no one to that location

He was rushing me and said he would just leave the drop off location blank and I could take it anywhere. That gow we lost the discount, because the discount was offered to drop off in riverview. There were service lights on on the dash, I took pictures of the service lights. He rushed me through the pick up so, I didn't get to look at everything there. When I did try to access the check list online, my link had expired.

The man was nice but he wasn’t present when I needed him to be to assist with my check in so I am getting charged for another day after repeatedly asking the wife was she sure I was good with just turning in the key to her. The process to reserve took was difficult. Still waiting on area supervisor to contact me about the mess up on the extra day charge.
